By engaging with Michelle’s Divine Design, booking a consultation, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Michelle’s Divine Design provides interior design, space planning, and wellness-focused design consulting services.

All recommendations are based on professional experience, client input, and project goals. Final decisions, approvals, and implementation remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Design recommendations are intended to enhance the function, aesthetic, and experience of a space. While thoughtful consideration is given to all elements, results may vary based on materials, contractors, site conditions, and external factors beyond control.

Consultations and design services are billed at agreed-upon rates.

• Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise specified
   
• Design work, concepts, and consultations are non-refundable once delivered
   

Any estimates provided for materials, furnishings, or construction are approximations only.

Final costs may vary based on vendor pricing, availability, labor, and site conditions.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the space, budget, and goals
   
• Review and approve designs in a timely manner
   
• Coordinate with contractors or vendors unless otherwise arranged
   

Michelle’s Divine Design is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

Michelle’s Divine Design may recommend contractors, vendors, or suppliers, but is not responsible for their work, timelines, pricing, or performance.

All agreements with third parties are between the client and those providers.

Design revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Significant changes after approval may affect timelines and costs.

Consultations require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
   
• No-shows are non-refundable
   

All design concepts, layouts, drawings, and materials remain the intellectual property of Michelle’s Divine Design unless otherwise agreed.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Michelle’s Divine Design is not liable for:

• Construction issues
   
• Contractor errors
   
• Material defects
   
• Delays outside of control
   

All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law.
